What are Advanced Cosmetic Injections?
Not all injections are created equal. At Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, our approach to cosmetic injections is fundamentally different from the high-volume, one-size-fits-all model that has become all too common in the industry. We are not a Botox factory. We don't rush appointments, push product, or apply cookie-cutter techniques.
Our advanced injections program is built on the belief that every face is unique — with its own proportions, anatomy, vascular landscape, and aesthetic potential. Before a single needle is placed, we take the time to understand your face and your goals. We use a combination of artistic eye, anatomical knowledge, and cutting-edge technology to craft results that are balanced, natural, and safe.
Every injection treatment at our clinic is performed or directly supervised by Dr. Natale, MD — ensuring the highest standard of medical oversight and patient safety at every step.

How Advanced Cosmetic Injections Work
Our process combines several advanced modalities, often used together in the same appointment, to achieve comprehensive facial rejuvenation and contouring.
Ultrasound Vascular Mapping — Safety First
Before performing any filler treatment, we use a medical-grade ultrasound device to map the arteries and veins beneath your skin. Filler injected into or near a blood vessel is one of the most serious risks in cosmetic medicine — and it's largely preventable with the right technology. This step allows us to visualize your unique vascular anatomy in real time and plan injections to avoid danger zones with precision. Your safety is not optional.
Advanced Facial Contouring and Balancing
Facial beauty is rooted in balance and proportion. Rather than simply filling lines or adding volume randomly, we analyze your facial structure holistically — evaluating the relationship between your forehead, midface, jaw, and chin. Our goal is to restore or enhance the natural harmony of your face, not to change who you are. Results look refreshed and balanced, not "done."

Hyperdilute Radiesse — Collagen Stimulation and Structural Support
Radiesse is a unique filler that does double duty: it provides immediate volumization while simultaneously stimulating your body's own collagen production for long-term skin quality improvement. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers alone, Radiesse builds a structural foundation beneath the skin, improving texture, firmness, and volume over time. It's particularly effective for facial contouring, jawline definition, and areas where skin laxity is a concern.

Jaw and Chin Augmentation
A defined jawline and well-projected chin are foundational to facial balance. These features frame the lower face and dramatically affect how the entire face looks in profile and from the front. With strategic filler placement along the jaw and chin, we can create definition, improve symmetry, reduce the appearance of jowling, and add projection — all without surgery and with minimal downtime.
Advanced Combinations — The Art of the Full Plan
The most powerful results come from combining techniques intelligently. A single treatment rarely addresses the full picture. For many patients, we design a comprehensive plan using a combination of neuromodulators (like Botox), hyaluronic acid fillers, Radiesse, and other injectables — each chosen for the right area and the right purpose. Treatments may be done in one session or staged over time.
Every plan is customized.
Nothing is templated.
How is this different from getting injections somewhere else?
The differences are significant.
Most high-volume injection clinics are focused on speed and throughput — a quick consultation, standard amounts of Botox or filler, and out the door.
We take a different approach entirely.
We start with a thorough facial analysis. We use ultrasound to map your vascular anatomy before placing filler — a safety step very few clinics offer. Our treatments are performed or supervised by Dr. Nat, MD. And we build a long-term plan for your face, not just a single appointment. The goal is always natural, balanced, safe results — not the maximum product sold in minimum time.
What is the ultrasound vascular mapping and why does it matter?
Vascular occlusion — filler accidentally injected into or compressing a blood vessel — is a rare but serious complication that can cause tissue damage, vision changes, or in extreme cases, permanent harm. The face is full of arteries and veins, and their exact location varies from person to person.
By using a medical ultrasound device before treatment, we can visualize exactly where your blood vessels are in real time. This allows us to plan injection points, depths, and angles to minimize risk.
It also builds a picture of your anatomy that we can reference over time. It adds a few minutes to your appointment and significantly elevates your safety as well as precision. We consider it non-negotiable for certain treatment areas.
What is Radiesse and how is it different from regular filler?
Most fillers work primarily by adding volume through gel-like material that sits under the skin. Radiesse works differently. Its active ingredient, calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), not only provides immediate lift and structure but also stimulates your own fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin over the months following treatment.
This means the benefits of Hyperdilute Radiesse continue to improve after your appointment and can last longer than HA fillers. It's particularly well-suited for facial contouring, jawline definition, hand rejuvenation, neck rejuvenation and areas where building structural support — not just adding volume — is the goal.
Is tear trough filler safe? I've heard it can go wrong.
Tear trough filler has a reputation for being high-risk — and that reputation exists for good reason when the treatment is done casually or without proper training. The under-eye area has thin, delicate skin, close proximity to blood vessels, and very little tolerance for overfilling or improper product choice.
In experienced hands, with the right product selection and technique, tear trough filler is safe and can produce beautiful, natural results. We take this area seriously: we use appropriate products for the region, we place conservatively (less is more here), and we have the training and clinical oversight to manage complications should they arise. We will only treat tear troughs if you are an appropriate candidate — we will not proceed just because you want it done.
Can jaw and chin filler replace surgery?
For many patients, yes — at least for now. Jawline and chin filler can provide excellent definition, symmetry, and projection that previously required surgical implants or procedures. Results are not permanent (typically lasting 12–24 months depending on the product and individual), but they are reversible, involve no downtime, and can be adjusted over time.
For patients with very significant structural concerns or who prefer a permanent solution, surgery remains an option worth discussing with a plastic surgeon. But for those who want meaningful improvement without going under the knife, injectable augmentation has become a highly effective alternative.
Do you only do fillers, or is Botox/neuromodulator part of this too?
Both. Advanced facial treatment almost always involves neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva) alongside fillers, because they address completely different things. Fillers restore volume and structure. Neuromodulators relax muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles and pull the face in unflattering directions. Using them together — thoughtfully and in the right amounts — produces results neither can achieve alone.
We look at the whole face and recommend the right combination for your anatomy and goals. Everything is discussed and nothing is done without your understanding and consent.
How many treatments will I need?
This depends entirely on where you're starting from and what you're trying to achieve. Some patients achieve their goals in a single comprehensive session. Others prefer to stage their treatment over several appointments — building results gradually, which can actually look more natural and be easier to budget.
During your consultation, Dr. Natale will give you an honest assessment of what's realistic and what a realistic plan looks like, including approximate costs.
What are the factors that affect cost?
- Number of areas being treated
- Type and volume of product used (filler type, number of syringes)
- Whether treatments are combined (e.g., filler + Botox + Radiesse)
- Complexity of your anatomy and treatment goals
- Whether a staged or single-session approach is taken
We provide detailed pricing during your consultation. We never pressure you to buy more product than you need.
Who is a good candidate?
Excellent candidates include:
- Adults with volume loss, hollowing, or structural imbalance
- Those with an undefined jawline or recessed chin
- Anyone with under-eye hollowing or shadowing
- People who want natural enhancement without surgery
- Those committed to a long-term approach to facial aging
Candidates who may not be suitable include:
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Active skin infection or cold sore in the treatment area
- History of severe allergic reactions to filler components
- Certain autoimmune conditions (discuss with Dr. Nat)
- Unrealistic expectations or those seeking dramatic, unnatural results
- Those looking for the cheapest option - our program is built on quality, not volume
As always, a thorough consultation with Dr. Nat will determine what's right for you.
