Booking Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair and reliable booking experience for all our clients. We have implemented this policy to prevent fraudulent bookings, deter unreliable clients who frequently cancel, and to ensure that cancellations are made for legitimate reasons. By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain the quality of service and uphold the integrity of our booking system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. (securely stored by a secure 3rd party)
Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking.
Any cancellations made before 48 hours- no charge.
Cancellations 24-48 prior to appointment- $75 fee (credit applied to next appointment)
Cancellations within 24 hours- $75 fee (nonrefundable)
No shows – $150 fee (nonrefundable)
