Custom Charting System Helps
Ensure Your Results Are Consistent

Botox, Dysport, Xeomin β€” neuromodulators are widely available now. Walk-in clinics, spa chains, dental offices, even apps that dispatch injectors to your home. The barrier to getting a needle put in your face has never been lower.

That's not entirely a bad thing. Cosmetic medicine has become more accessible. But accessibility without expertise is where things go wrong β€” and where the flood of overfilled, unbalanced, or simply disappointing results comes from.

At Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, we are not a high-volume injection clinic. We don't measure success in units sold per hour. We measure it in the way you look three months from now, and three years from now β€” in results that are still making sense, still looking like you, still working the way they should. Every injection treatment here is performed or directly supervised by Dr. Nat MD. Not delegated. Not templated.Β  Your appointment will be Physician-led, individually planned, and built on a real understanding of your face and your long-term goals.

There's also something that gets overlooked when people shop for the cheapest Botox: the benefit of havingΒ one clinic that knows you. When your injector knows your full treatment history, understands how your face has changed, and can combine your tox with fillers or biostimulants in the same appointment β€” that continuity produces a quality of result that no one-off appointment can replicate.

Neuromodulators

Botox Before and After

TOX

Botox Β· Dysport Β· Xeomin

Neuromodulators work by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for repetitive facial expressions β€” the furrowing, squinting, and raising that, over time, etch lines into the skin. When done well, the result is a face that looks rested, open, and refreshed β€” not stiff, not surprised, not frozen.

All three of our neuromodulators β€” Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA), Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA), and Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) β€” work through the same mechanism. The differences lie in their molecular weight, onset speed, diffusion pattern, and how individual patients respond. Choosing the right one matters, and it's not something we decide at the front desk.

At Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, your tox treatment is never about hitting a standard unit count and walking out. We do a thorough assessment of your facial dynamics β€” how your muscles move, where tension is being held, what your face naturally wants to do β€” and we dose and place accordingly. The goal is always movement that looks natural, not eliminated.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Lip Filler Hamilton

Lip Filler & Restoration

Few areas of the face are as personal β€” or as easy to get wrong β€” as the lips. The proliferation of obviously overfilled lips over the past decade has made many people hesitant, and reasonably so. The answer isn't to avoid lip filler; it's to use the right product, in the right amount, placed with precision.

Lip treatment at our clinic is not just about making lips look fuller. It's about restoring the relationship between the lip, the philtrum, and the surrounding skin β€” the architecture that makes a mouth look naturally beautiful at any age.

Face Filler Hamilton

Cheek Filler & Midface Restoration

The midface is the structural centre of facial aging. As the fat pads that give the cheeks their youthful fullness descend and deflate with age, the entire face shifts downward β€” hollowing under the eyes, deepening the nasolabial folds, and creating jowling along the jawline. Addressing volume loss in the cheeks is often the single most impactful thing you can do for overall facial rejuvenation.

Cheek filler is one of the treatments where artistic eye and anatomical knowledge matter most. The relationship between the cheek, the undereye, and the nasolabial fold is complex β€” placing volume in the wrong plane, or too much in the wrong location, produces the unnatural "filler face" look that has become a cultural punchline. Dr. Nat uses ultrasound, in certain areas, to ensure safety and precision.

Filler

Chin Projection & Jaw Definition

A well-defined lower face creates balance that affects how the entire face reads β€” from the front and especially in profile. Chin projection, jawline sharpness, and the relationship between the lower face and the neck are foundational to facial harmony. Until recently, meaningful improvement in these areas required surgical implants.

Injectable chin augmentation and jawline definition have become highly effective non-surgical alternatives, providing real structural change with no downtime.Β

Biostimulants

Radiesse at Binbrook Medical Aesthetics

Biostimulant Collagen Building

Radiesse occupies a different category from hyaluronic acid fillers. It doesn't just fill β€” it builds. Its active ingredient, calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), is a mineral compound that is biocompatible with your own tissue and has a unique ability to stimulate fibroblasts β€” the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin in the skin.

The result is twofold: immediate structural improvement, and a progressive improvement in skin quality and firmness over the following months as new collagen forms. The benefits continue to develop for up to a year after treatment, and the foundation it builds can outlast the initial product itself.

When used in Hyperdilute form, it shifts from a volumizing agent to a pure collagen stimulator, spread diffusely across a larger area to improve overall skin quality, thickness, and laxity. This is particularly powerful for the face, neck, dΓ©colletage, and areas where skin texture and firmness are the primary concern.

The long game β€” why bio stimulants matter

HA fillers are excellent for targeted volume and structure. But they don't change the skin itself. Radiesse β€” especially in its hyperdilute form β€” addresses the underlying loss of collagen that drives aging in the first place. For patients invested in long-term facial health, building Radiesse into a treatment plan creates a compounding benefit over time that volume alone cannot achieve.

The Real Advantage

The artistry is in combining them.

Tox relaxes. Filler restores. Biostimulants rebuild. Used alone, each does one thing well. Used together β€” thoughtfully, by someone who understands your face as a whole β€” they produce something none of them can achieve on their own.

O1

One clinic, one ongoing relationship

The injector who treated you four months ago knows what's already there, how your face has responded, and what the next step should be. That institutional knowledge is irreplaceable β€” and something a chain clinic with rotating staff simply cannot offer.

O2

Physician-led planning, not product selling

A physician assessing your face has a fundamentally different obligation than a technician executing a menu item. Dr. Nat's recommendations are based on your anatomy and your goals β€” not on moving units of any particular product.

O3

Combinations done in a single visit

Tox, filler, and Radiesse don't need to be three separate appointments. When appropriate, treating multiple concerns in a single planned visit is more efficient and produces better-integrated results. One session, one comprehensive plan.

There is no shortcut to knowing what you're doing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin?

All three are neuromodulators that work by temporarily relaxing muscle activity β€” the mechanism is identical. The differences are in their formulation. Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is the original and most widely studied. Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA) has a smaller molecular size, which means it can spread slightly more from the injection point β€” useful in certain areas, something to manage carefully in others. Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a "naked" toxin with no accessory proteins, which may be advantageous for patients who have developed resistance to other formulations over time.

In practice, most patients do well with any of the three. We choose based on the treatment area, your anatomy, and your response history. The difference between a good and bad outcome is almost never which brand was used.

How often will I need to come back?

Neuromodulators typically last 3–4 months initially, often extending to 4–5 months as muscle memory decreases with regular treatment. HA fillers vary by product and placement β€” lip filler typically lasts 6–9 months, cheek and jaw filler can last 12–18 months. Radiesse used for structural support often provides 12–24 months of benefit; the collagen stimulation it triggers persists even longer.

Over time, as you build a treatment history, the approach may shift β€” from restoration toward maintenance. Many patients find that their long-term investment decreases because they are maintaining a good outcome rather than recovering from years of change. Building a plan with Dr. Nat from the beginning is the most efficient approach.

I've had bad filler results before. Can that be fixed?

Often, yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that dissolves the filler. If you have HA filler that has migrated, is creating irregularities, or simply doesn't look right, dissolving it is an option we discuss and offer when appropriate.

Radiesse is not reversible in the same way, but it does resorb naturally over time. The first step is always a thorough consultation where we assess what's there, how your face has changed, and what the most sensible path forward looks like. We won't rush into anything, and we'll be honest with you about what's realistic.

Is it better to do everything at once, or come back for multiple appointments?

Both approaches are valid and the right choice depends on your goals, budget, and how your face has changed over time. For patients with significant volume loss or multiple concerns, staging treatment over a few appointments can actually look more natural β€” it allows each step to settle and integrate before the next is added.

For patients who want a comprehensive result and have a clear plan, combining treatments in a single visit is efficient and effective. The benefit of a single-session approach is that everything is planned holistically β€” tox placed knowing where the filler is going, filler placed knowing the overall structural goals. We'll discuss which approach makes sense for you at consultation.

I just want natural results. Is that realistic?

It's not just realistic β€” it's the only result we pursue. "Natural" doesn't mean no change; it means change that makes sense for your face, that preserves your expressiveness and identity, and that doesn't announce itself. The patients who come to us frustrated with their previous results are almost always frustrated because someone used too much product, in the wrong place, or chose the wrong treatment for their concern.

We use conservative amounts. We review the plan with you before we begin. The goal is always that people notice you look well, not that you've had something done.

Can I combine injectable treatments with lasers or other procedures?

Yes, and for many patients this combination produces the most comprehensive result. Injectables address volume, structure, and muscle activity. Laser treatments like BBL and Halo address skin quality, texture, tone, and pigmentation β€” things that no amount of filler can fix. Microneedling improves overall skin health and collagen production from the surface.

The benefit of having all of these treatments available under one roof β€” and with one physician who understands how they interact β€” is significant. We can sequence treatments intelligently, time them to avoid conflicts, and build a plan that addresses your face from multiple angles rather than treating one thing at a time in isolation.
