Client Photo & Video Release Agreement

At Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, many clients find it helpful to see real treatment results when deciding whether a procedure may be right for them. With your permission, photographs or videos taken during your treatment journey may be used to help educate others who are considering similar care.

By signing below, you authorize Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, its physicians, staff, and representatives to use your before-and-after photographs and/or videos for educational and marketing purposes.

You understand and agree that:

• Your images may be used on digital platforms such as the clinic website, social media, email communications, informational materials, and paid advertisements.
• In most cases, images will display only limited identifying features such as the treatment area or the eye region in order to maintain privacy. Your full identity or full facial image will not be shown unless separate permission is obtained.
• These images are used to help prospective clients better understand treatments and make informed decisions about their own care. Individual results may vary.
• You may request that your images be removed from future use at any time by contacting the clinic. While reasonable efforts will be made to remove them from future marketing, removal from materials already published or distributed cannot always be guaranteed.
• This consent is voluntary. You will not receive compensation for the use of these images.

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and understood this release and grant permission for your images to be used as described above.
