Welcome to Binbrook Medical Aesthetics. By using our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services and Products
All services and products are provided by licensed professionals at Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, located in Binbrook, Ontario. Products purchased online are available for in-clinic pickup only. Services purchased online must be redeemed in person at our clinic.

2. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. A $50 deposit is required to book an appointment, which is applied toward your selected service.

All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include HST unless noted.

3. Online Orders & Pickup
Online orders for skincare products must be picked up at our clinic location. We do not ship products at this time. You will be notified when your product is ready for pickup.

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. However, if you miss an appointment and reschedule and attend a new appointment, the no-show fee will be waived.

5. Treatment Results & Expectations
We strive to deliver the best possible results. If you are unsatisfied and we cannot correct a treatment, we offer free follow-up and touch-ups to oney-back guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and copy, is the property of Binbrook Medical Aesthetics and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Refund & Return Policy

At Binbrook Medical Aesthetics, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our treatments and products.

1. Service Guarantee
If we are unable to correct a treatment to your satisfaction, we will work to a satisfactory resolution on that service.

2. Product Returns
We offer product returns for skin care products if used as directed and you are not satisfied with the results. Products must be returned in reasonable condition.

3. Online Service Purchases
Pre-paid services purchased online can be used in-clinic. If you change your mind before the appointment, you may request a full refund. After a service has been rendered, our service guarantee applies.

Membership & Subscription Terms

We offer flexible monthly subscriptions for select services and skincare programs.

1. Billing
Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed monthly to the payment method on file.

2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no minimum commitment. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

3. Benefits
Subscription benefits, such as discounts or included treatments, are non-transferable and must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise noted.
